Move your Mood & Beat the Winter Blues

Don’ t let the dark nights and cold days get you down. A regular practice of Yoga will protect you from depression and help you stay bright-minded, By helping release endorphins, yoga is a very real way to help lift mild depression, leaving you feeling both mentally and physically lighter.

This workshop will show you various postures and breathing exercises that will help combat stress, which is one of the key factors leading to depression.

Ashtanga Intensive

On this workshop we will be working through the whole Primary series sequence of postures . In class we touch on various postures but this workshop will allow us to look deeper into the qualities of
each and every pose and the benefits they can bring to us both mentally and physically.
Learn to feel the practise like a flowing, moving meditation, linking each and every
posture together with the breath.

We will also be looking at the four main qualities needed
to experience Ashtanga yoga to its full potential -
Ujaii Breath, Bandha, Drishti and Vinyasa.

Not suitable for complete beginners.
