A broken back injury led me to yoga almost ten years ago. Like everything in life, my yoga practise and teaching has evolved over the past few years. 

My path of yoga is very much a  physical one at the moment, my style of practise and teaching being Ashtanga based. Flowing, challenging, and energising, all the postures linking together with the breath in sequences set to rejuvenate the body from the inside out.

I cannot imagine my life without yoga. It helps my body to feel at ease and my mind calm yet focused. It gives me great pleasure, to pass on the knowledge I have of yoga to others, helping them to lead a more comfortable, enjoyable life, waking everyday with an open heart, ready to face whatever the day has to bring.
